30-Day Return Policy for New Items
New items may be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in substantially the same condition as when you received it and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging when reasonably possible. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
Open-Box Items — 7-Day Returns
All items clearly marked “Open Box” on the product page are eligible for return within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in substantially the same condition as when you received it and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging when reasonably possible.
How to Request a Return
For an eligible item, contact us at hao20050911@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery for new items, or within 7 days after delivery for open-box items. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Do not send products back without contacting us first. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a new item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos or videos. After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
